Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage daily operational activities

  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure workflow efficiency

  • Prepare operational reports and performance dashboards

  • Assist in planning and implementing operational procedures

  • Identify process improvements and suggest solutions

  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs)

  • Maintain proper documentation and records of operational processes

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

  • Support management in ad-hoc operational projects

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • 1 2 years of experience in operations or administrative roles preferred

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Team-oriented with attention to detail

Desired Candidate Profile
