Job Description
-Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow.
-Supervise and lead the store team to achieve sales targets.
-Ensure proper stock management, ordering, and inventory control.
-Oversee customer service and handle escalations professionally.
-Monitor sales performance and prepare basic reports.
-Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
-Coordinate with management regarding store performance and needs.
Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Business Administration, Management, or any related field.
-4–5 years of experience as a Store Manager or similar role.
-Strong experience in the automotive field (spare parts, car services, dealerships, etc.).
-Good leadership and team management skills.
-Strong sales and customer service orientation.
-Good communication skills.
-Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
