Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee operations across multiple perfumery and retail outlets in a designated region, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning and consistent brand standards.

  • Monitor and optimize inventory levels of raw materials, packaging, and finished products across all outlets to reduce waste and ensure timely product availability.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop store managers and operational staff, driving high performance, accountability, and team engagement.

  • Implement and enforce strict quality control standards in both retail and perfumery operations to maintain exceptional brand experience.

  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure promotional campaigns, product launches, and operational initiatives are executed seamlessly.

  • Analyze store and regional performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, sales, and customer satisfaction.

  • Ensure compliance with UAE regulatory requirements, company policies, and health and safety standards across all outlets.

  • Represent the company in local business and supplier engagements as needed, building strong professional relationships to support operational excellence.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.

  • Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in multi-unit retail or perfumery operations, preferably within luxury or premium brands.

  • Proven experience managing multiple outlets, overseeing inventory, operations, and retail performance at the regional level.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop store managers and operational teams.

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to liaise with international teams and suppliers.

  • Results-driven, proactive, and highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Knowledge of UAE retail regulations and luxury perfumery operations is a plus.
