Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Operation Manager
- Manage and supervise the vehicle fleet (availability, performance, monitoring)
- Recruiting, integrating and supporting partner drivers
- Define and adjust prices (dynamic pricing, margins, competitiveness)
- Implement promotional offers and acquisition campaigns
- Monitor performance indicators (rides, revenue, acceptance rate, etc.)
- Optimize the user experience (customers & drivers)
- Manage operational incidents and propose solutions
- Collaborating with the marketing, tech, and customer service teams
- Analyze the market and the competition
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven experience (minimum 3-5 years) in operations, ideally in transportation, mobility, or a mobile application.
- Good understanding of digital platforms / mobile apps
- Experience in managing teams and/or partners
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
