Roles & Responsibilities
Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and technically sound Operations Manager to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of advanced parking management and smart mobility solutions. The role involves managing end-to-end parking technologies, including Parking Management Systems (PMS), Parking Guidance Systems (PGS), EV charging solutions, and Green Valet systems, ensuring smooth project delivery and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
Research, design, and develop smart parking and mobility solutions, including PMS, PGS, EV charging, and Green Valet systems.
Plan and engineer end-to-end parking system architectures covering hardware, software, and network components.
Evaluate, select, and finalize hardware architecture for Green Valet and E-Valet systems.
Manage integration of IT hardware with parking and valet software platforms.
Conduct technical assessments, feasibility studies, site surveys, and system optimization analyses.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for technical evaluations, compliance checks, and correct system implementation.
Lead project management activities from concept and design through procurement, execution, commissioning, and final delivery.
Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support, including solution design and client presentations.
Prepare and review CAD drawings, technical documentation, system schematics, and implementation plans.
Support business development initiatives by providing technical inputs and solution validation.
Oversee engineering activities during installation, testing, commissioning, and operational handover.
Ensure structured handover to IT and operations teams with complete documentation and maintenance guidelines.
Provide consultancy on parking technology enhancements, process improvements, and operational efficiency.
Oversee day-to-day parking operations with a focus on technology upgrades, performance optimization, and continuous improvement.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education: Bachelor’s degree
Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in operations, parking systems, smart mobility, or related fields
Experience in parking technology, IT systems integration, or project management is an advantage
Skills & Competencies
Strong technical understanding of parking and mobility systems
Project management and coordination skills
Vendor and stakeholder management
Analytical and problem-solving abilities
Good communication and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
