Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Purpose
Own operational excellence across Thrive's ecosystem - from clinic patient flow to cross-entity coordination. Build the systems, processes, and team structures that allow clinical and commercial functions to deliver exceptional outcomes at scale.
Key Responsibilities
Design and optimise clinic operations: patient scheduling, flow management, and service delivery.
Build scalable processes across TC, TPL, and Sundial. Ensure consistency as we grow.
Coordinate team deployment and resource allocation based on demand and priorities.
Own execution of operational project plans: facility readiness, equipment procurement, vendor management.
Develop and maintain operational SOPs that codify best practices.
Oversee facilities management on key operational matters. Coordinate outsourced services.
Partner with Clinical Director to ensure operational systems support clinical excellence.
Lead Compliance Officer, IT Systems Admin, and operational support staff.
Performance Indicators
Patient wait times consistently under target thresholds.
Operational SOPs documented and adopted across all entities.
Zero operational delays impacting clinic opening or service delivery.
Cross-entity coordination rated positively by department leads.
Vendor relationships delivering value within budget.
Desired Candidate Profile
Skills & Experience
5-7 years in operations management. Healthcare or clinical setting experience required.
Demonstrated success building processes from scratch in high-growth environments.
Strong understanding of patient flow, scheduling systems, and clinical support operations.
Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex projects.
Familiarity with UAE healthcare regulations (DHA/DOH) strongly preferred.
Cultural Alignment
