Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the daily operations of F&B outlets.

Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene standards, and local regulations.

Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards.

Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.

Control costs, budgets, and inventory management.

Analyze financial reports, sales performance, and KPIs.

Recruit, train, and supervise staff members.

Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure high satisfaction levels.

Coordinate with suppliers and negotiate contracts when needed.

Ensure health and safety standards are strictly maintained.

Prepare operational reports for senior management.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 10+ years of experience in F&B operations management.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent financial and analytical abilities.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.

Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems.
