Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and oversee day-to-day operations of large-scale real estate development projects.
Coordinate with engineering, sales, finance, and administration teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure delivery within schedule and cost targets.
Supervise construction progress, contractor performance, and vendor management.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align project delivery with market demands.
