Operation Manager Leader group

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth workflow and process efficiency.
• Supervise, train, and motivate staff to achieve individual and team performance targets.
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve productivity and service quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business goals and strategic initiatives.
• Identify areas for cost reduction, process optimization, and performance improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and regulations.
• Prepare and present reports on operational performance to senior management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in supervisory or operations management roles.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and guide others.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
