Hiring: Operations Manager / Senior Team Leader

� Location: Sharjah, UAE

We are expanding and excited to announce openings for an experienced Operations Manager / Senior Team Leader for our new branch in Sharjah.

If you have a strong background in managing Kids Indoor Soft Play Areas, Family Entertainment Centers (FEC), or Theme Parks, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations and ensure smooth functioning of the facility

• Lead, supervise, and motivate the operations team to deliver excellent customer service

• Ensure a safe, clean, and fun environment for children and families

• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and operational challenges professionally

• Monitor ticketing, birthday parties, events, and overall guest experience

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and company policies

• Coordinate with management on business growth, promotions, and operational improvements

Requirements

• Proven experience in Kids Indoor Play Areas, Theme Parks, Trampoline Parks, or Family Entertainment Centers

• Previous experience as an Operations Manager, Supervisor, or Senior Team Leader

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage operations efficiently

• Knowledge of safety procedures and operational standards in entertainment/play areas

• UAE experience preferred
