Handle travel enquiries and reservation requests received via phone and email from overseas agents and other channels.
Coordinate with hotels, suppliers and transport providers to secure the best rates and terms through negotiation.
Recommend hotels, restaurants and transportation options tailored to client needs and preferences.
Prepare and manage FIT (Free Independent Traveller) and GIT (Group Inclusive Tour) quotations to deliver competitive travel solutions to partners.
Advise customers on travel visas and entry requirements, providing accurate and timely information.
Maintain clear communication with partners and clients in Spanish and English as required.
Key skills & attributes:
Fluent Spanish (spoken and written) essential for this role.
Strong communication skills over phone and email.
Good negotiation skills and ability to build positive supplier relationships.
Customer-focused approach with attention to detail.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced travel operations environment.
