Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee daily operational activities to ensure seamless service delivery across maintenance, cleaning, and installation services.
Collaborate with customer support teams to resolve service issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular reports on operational performance.
Assist in the onboarding and training of new service professionals to ensure compliance with company standards.
Liaise with technology teams to optimize platform functionality and user experience.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
Ability to work independently in a home-based (remote) arrangement.
Good knowledge & use of Excel & Microsoft Office tools.
