Operation Support Engineer- ESP Downhole Equipment

Responsibilities:

You will provide global operational support in downhole equipment ensuring performance, standardization, and service quality for:

• Standard ESP installations.
• Y-Tool, POD, and Dual Completion systems.
• Advanced completions.
• Production optimization & nodal analysis.
• DIFA & RCA (Root Cause Analysis).
• Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI).
• Quality audits & compliance reviews.
• Training delivery & coaching.
• Documentation (bulletins, guides, RCA reports).
• Service Quality Management (SQM) reporting.
• Act as focal support for field teams on downhole equipment issues and optimization.
• Conduct technical audits, capture learnings, and recommend improvements.
• Contribute to deliver training sessions about ESP Installations from basic -complex and advanced , Troubleshooting and production optimization.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and quality alerts.
• Participate in DIFA investigations and contribute to RCA processes.
• Drive SQM improvements, track field KPIs, and implement corrective actions.
• Support implementation of global standards, workflows, and knowledge transfer.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor s in petroleum engineering.
• 8+ years in ESP field operations, optimization, and failure analysis.
• Proven expertise with Y-Tools & Dual Completion and advanced completions.
• Familiarity with POD systems, nodal analysis, HPS and ESP design.
• Exposure to auditing, documentation, and field training delivery.
• Strong understanding of SQM, KPIs, and continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication skills English required (Arabic or Spanish a plus).
