Prepare the operating room and sterilize instruments for ENT surgeries.
Assist ENT surgeons during procedures, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are available.
Monitor patient vital signs and anesthesia during surgeries.
Provide preoperative and postoperative nursing care to ENT patients.
Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols.
Document surgical procedures and patient information accurately.
Educate patients and families about postoperative care and instructions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
Valid UAE Nursing License.
Proven experience in operating theater nursing, preferably with ENT specialization.
Knowledge of sterilization techniques and surgical instrumentation.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations.
