Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and manage daily schedules for maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations
- Receive emergency calls from customers during and outside working hours
- Follow up on response times and repairs to ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide technical assistance to maintenance teams and consult with customers on technical issues when needed
- Supervise maintenance teams and monitor their operational performance
- Ensure preventive maintenance for generators conducted according to manufacturer recommendations
- Submit purchase requests for parts needed by the maintenance team
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in electromechanical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations or maintenance management, preferably in the generator industry
- Strong technical knowledge of generator systems and maintenance practices
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations effectively
- Thoroughness, attention to quality, and timely delivery
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance management software
N.B This role requires both office-based work and field visits to monitor team performance and address technical issues as needed.
