Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead company-wide process improvement initiatives that simplify and accelerate workflows.
Identify bottlenecks and redesign processes for efficiency and scalability.
Define and track operational KPIs such as turnaround time, rework rate, and accuracy.
Partner with department heads to implement automation-driven solutions.
Oversee internal process reviews and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) systems focused on results, not paperwork.
Champion a culture of problem-solving and continuous improvement across all teams.
Report directly to the CEO on progress, priorities, and measurable impact
Desired Candidate Profile
8+ years of experience in process improvement, quality or leadership.
Proven record of driving measurable improvement in speed, efficiency, or scalability.
Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or process optimization methodologies (certification a plus).
Hands-on and analytical able to turn insights into action.
Excellent communication and leadership skills; capable of aligning multiple teams around one goal.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
