Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead process improvement initiatives across multiple departments to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Map, analyze, and redesign business processes using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
  • Identify bottlenecks, waste, and inefficiencies, and recommend practical solutions.
  • Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to define improvement goals, success metrics, and project scope.
  • Drive adoption of process improvements by developing training, documentation, and change management strategies.
  • Monitor and report on performance indicators, cost savings, and productivity improvements.
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve organizational performance.
  • Support a culture of continuous improvement by mentoring teams and promoting innovative problem-solving approaches.
  • enhance of business processes and workflows by identifying gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt level or higher) to analyze raw data, identify root causes, and design effective solutions.
  • Lead and support continuous improvement projects with measurable outcomes in efficiency, quality, and cost optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to redesign workflows and processes, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance standards.
  • Drive change management initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes across the organization.
  • Develop and present clear reports, dashboards, and recommendations to management based on data-driven analysis.
  • Support and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) in line with ISO 9001 requirements (if applicable).

  • ISO 9001 knowledge or certification is a strong plus.
