Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Growth, Acquisition and Retention Strategy:
  • Design and execute acquisition campaigns (Digital & Offline) to boost the number of downloads and first orders.
  • Managing advertising budgets across key channels: Offline and Online
  • Driving CRM and SMSing strategy to improve retention and reduce churn.
  • Collaborating with the performance team to achieve the defined objectives.
  • 2. Local Marketing & Partnerships:
  • Collaborating with the sales team to highlight "Key Accounts" (large fast-food chains, local heroes).
  • Negotiating and managing strategic partnerships (partners, operators, influencers).
  • 3. Data Analysis:
  • Monitor KPIs daily: CAC, GMV, Conversion Rate, AOV and Order Frequency.
  • Produce weekly performance reports and monthly reports on consumption trends.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience: at least 5 years in digital marketing, ideally in e-commerce or in a service startup.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Mastery of analytical tools.
  • Understanding the acquisition funnel
  • Understanding of Ads management, primarily on Google and Meta.
  • Excellent writing skills in French and English
  • Soft Skills:
  • "Data-Driven" mindset: You don't make decisions without numbers.
  • R activity: The delivery sector changes from hour to hour (weather, evening rush).
  • Creativity: Ability to create concepts that will support business needs.
