Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

ROLE
  • As an Operational Marketing Specialist , you will be responsible for managing and optimizing CRM campaigns, monitoring marketing performance, and continuously improving CRM tools and processes.
TASKS
  • Multi-service marketing campaign management:
  • Plan, coordinate and execute campaigns (emails, SMS, push notifications, in-app messaging).
  • Analyze data and results to guide strategic decisions.
  • Ensure follow-up of communication calendars and adapt campaigns to the specificities of each department.
  • Set up attractive offers (promo codes, commissions).
  • Marketing process optimization:
  • Identify areas for improvement in existing processes.
  • Propose and implement solutions to automate recurring tasks.
  • Contribute to the deployment of personalized CRM campaigns adapted to each department.
  • Implementation of tests and optimization of marketing campaigns:
  • Conduct A/B tests to compare and optimize campaigns.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • University degree in marketing, communication or equivalent field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Analytical mind and proactive approach
  • My perfect mastery of English, French and Arabic.
