Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate operational quality activities at client sites
- Ensuring that services comply with customer requirements and quality standards
- Plan, organize and optimize resources (teams, schedules, assignments)
- Manage, supervise and develop field teams
- Monitor performance indicators (KPIs for quality, production, delivery)
- Analyze quality gaps, address non-conformities and deploy corrective actions (8D, PDCA)
- Managing critical situations and ensuring business continuity
- Maintaining a close customer relationship and guaranteeing daily satisfaction
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and performance
Desired Candidate Profile
Formation
Bac+2/Bac+4 in industrial engineering, quality, production, logistics or equivalent
Exp rience
- Minimum 5-6 years of experience in the automotive industry
- Proven experience in field team management
- Experience in operational quality (inspection, sorting, rework) is highly valued.
Comp tences techniques
- Quality tools: 8D, PDCA, problem-solving
- Organization and planning of industrial activities
- Managing priorities and crisis situations
- My proficiency with office software (MS Office)
