Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in identifying and assessing operational risks across departments and business units.

Maintain and update the organization s operational risk register.

Monitor key risk indicators (KRIs) and report any significant deviations or incidents.

Support in the preparation of regular operational risk reports for management and regulators.

Conduct root cause analyses for operational incidents and propose corrective actions.

Collaborate with business units to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.

Participate in risk and control self-assessments (RCSA).

Ensure compliance with internal risk management policies and regulatory requirements.

Contribute to business continuity and disaster recovery planning and testing.

Support the development of awareness and training programs on operational risk management.

Bachelor s degree in finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field.

Around 2 years of experience in operational risk, internal control, audit, or compliance.

Good understanding of risk management principles, frameworks, and regulatory requirements.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with risk management tools is a plus.

Excellent communication and report-writing skills.

Attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Professional certifications (e.g., ORM, FRM, or equivalent) are an advantage.
