Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Vendor payments for material and services for the drilling and exploration contracts for capital as well as NDE projects in SAP as per work / service / process order terms and conditions.

Ensure the maintenance of monthly accruals for those items for which no service entries or GR IR entries made in the books of account.

Participate in the Service order review Committee (SORT) meeting as team member for scope, technical and commercial proposals for tenders and its price negotiations with contractors and final award.

Assist in finalization of Funds planning & monitoring for the Accounts Payable

Division on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.

> Assist in tracking and reporting the financial status of operational projects, ensuring costs are within budget and properly accounted for.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Professional certification such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CA (Chartered

Accountant) or CMA or ACCA is strongly preferred.

• 10-12 years of experience in accounting, finance, or operational accounting roles.

• Strong understanding of cost accounting principles, operational expense management,

and financial reporting.

• Proficiency in accounting software SAP ERP and Microsoft Excel.

• Familiarity with tax laws and financial reporting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).
