Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
You will be responsible for all operational tracking on Excel, including daily data entry, inventory logs, production sheets, and simple reports. You ll manage petty cash with discipline, record invoices, and maintain clear financial trails. You ll coordinate with suppliers end-to-end: placing orders, following up on deliveries, resolving shortages, and keeping relationships professional and efficient.
On the customer side, you ll handle operational requests such as meal adjustments, special notes, and packaging instructions, ensuring these are accurately reflected in production and delivery. You ll also support food packaging workflows, checking quantities, labels, and consistency before dispatch.
This role requires someone highly organized, comfortable working independently, and obsessive about accuracy. Strong Excel skills are essential. Prior experience in a diet center, catering, FMCG, or food operations is a strong advantage. You should be practical, calm under pressure, and able to switch between admin work and hands-on operational support without friction.
If you like structure, numbers, and being the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks, this role will feel natural.
