Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends and patterns that drive operational efficiency and enhance decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements that align with organizational goals.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on operational performance metrics to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and actionable insights.
  • Utilize advanced analytical tools and software to streamline data collection and reporting processes, enhancing accuracy and speed.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • At least 3 years of experience in operations analysis or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced industry.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and advanced Excel skills for data manipulation and reporting.
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma or Project Management is highly desirable to showcase expertise in process improvement methodologies.
