Roles & Responsibilities

An Operations and Accounting Coordinator who supports the company s daily financial processes and administrative operations. The role ensures accuracy of accounting entries, smooth flow of transactions, and timely follow up on legal and operational requirements. This position plays a key role in maintaining organised documentation, stock variation accuracy, payment cycles, and proper system updates.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related field preferred
  • Logistic and shipping experience is a high plus
  • Strong organisational and multitasking capabilities
  • High accuracy in data entry and documentation
  • Ability to coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Solid understanding of accounting and transaction flows
  • Good knowledge of compliance (Tax and social security)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills English Arabic and French is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office (advanced Excel) and accounting systems
