Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Duties:

  • Maintain and organize company files and documentation according to internal procedures.
  • Prepare project invoices and manage payment records.
  • Obtain quotations for office purchases and coordinate procurement.
  • Prepare daily cash reports and manage collections with proper receipts.
  • Prepare operational reports (maintenance, vehicles expenses, etc.).
  • Verify production records and manage inventory adjustments.
  • Coordinate with local and foreign suppliers, including PO preparation and verification.
  • Conduct price comparisons and assist in sales pricing adjustments.
  • Manage stock, shipping costs, and delivery routing.
  • Handle incoming requests and complaints.
