Operations Controller (Internship) TASC Labour Services L.L.C

Supervise and coordinate train services and system operations

Coordinate with maintenance and control center teams

Prepare and submit daily operational reports (OCC logs, APM dashboard, DRR schedules)

Manage service mode transitions with the Control Center

Monitor CCTV systems and passenger flow

Report faults, alarms, and incidents promptly

Maintain accurate OCC logs and operational documentation

Support incident management and coordinate with external services

Operate SCADA workstations following safety procedures

Ensure compliance with safety policies and operational standards

Support Qualified Maintenance Personnel (QMP) when required

Handle lost and found processes

Ensure all reports and documentation are completed before shift closure

Perform additional duties assigned by the Chief Operations Controller
