Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage end-to-end mobilization and demobilization processes for project staff.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, visas, and local transportation.

  • Ensure all employee documentation (e.g., work permits, contracts, medicals) is complete and compliant prior to deployment.

  • Arrange accommodation and site facilities in line with company standards and client expectations.

  • Oversee onboarding and site induction processes to ensure smooth integration of employees into projects.

  • Liaise with internal departments (HR, PRO, logistics) and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.

  • Monitor schedules and resolve any issues related to delays or deployment challenges.

  • Maintain accurate records and provide regular reporting on mobilization activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.

  • 3–5+ years of experience in mobilization, workforce coordination, HR operations, or logistics management (preferably in construction, oil & gas, or project-based industries).

  • Strong knowledge of visa processing, work permits, and international/local labor regulations.

  • Experience in coordinating travel arrangements (flights, transportation, accommodation).

  • Familiarity with onboarding processes and employee documentation requirements.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with HR systems or ERP tools is an advantage.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and coordination skills to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of UAE/GCC labor laws and compliance requirements is an added advantage.
