Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Plan and manage end-to-end mobilization and demobilization processes for project staff.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, visas, and local transportation.
Ensure all employee documentation (e.g., work permits, contracts, medicals) is complete and compliant prior to deployment.
Arrange accommodation and site facilities in line with company standards and client expectations.
Oversee onboarding and site induction processes to ensure smooth integration of employees into projects.
Liaise with internal departments (HR, PRO, logistics) and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
Monitor schedules and resolve any issues related to delays or deployment challenges.
Maintain accurate records and provide regular reporting on mobilization activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
3–5+ years of experience in mobilization, workforce coordination, HR operations, or logistics management (preferably in construction, oil & gas, or project-based industries).
Strong knowledge of visa processing, work permits, and international/local labor regulations.
Experience in coordinating travel arrangements (flights, transportation, accommodation).
Familiarity with onboarding processes and employee documentation requirements.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with HR systems or ERP tools is an advantage.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication and coordination skills to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of UAE/GCC labor laws and compliance requirements is an added advantage.
