Roles & Responsibilities
Our client is a fast-growing consumer brand operating in a dynamic environment where strong operational execution is essential to supporting wholesale relationships, logistics, and internal business processes. They are looking for someone who can bring structure, accuracy, and problem-solving to day-to-day operations while helping improve systems that support continued growth across multiple verticals.

Fully Remote | 9 AM - 5 PM EST
Role Overview
The Operations Coordinator will support business processes across multiple operational areas, with a strong focus on wholesale operations, logistics coordination, shipment accuracy, and process improvement. This role requires strong business judgment, comfort working with both qualitative and quantitative information, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities Wholesale Operations & Logistics
Assist with the day-to-day management of bulk and wholesale purchase orders.
Ensure wholesale shipments are processed on time and in compliance with retailer routing guides and shipping instructions.
Track inbound shipments and coordinate outbound shipments to ensure wholesale orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
Ensure retailer orders and shipping documents are accurate before shipment.
Prepare shipping documents, bills of lading, and invoices while ensuring compliance requirements are met.
Manage scheduling logistics for wholesale shipments to support on-time delivery.
Monitor inventory levels and flag discrepancies before they become operational issues.
Work closely with carriers, third-party logistics partners, and vendors to resolve shipping delays and delivery issues.
Support the management of 3PL relationships and contribute to ongoing warehouse strategy optimization.
Documentation & Chargeback Support
Gather and organize documentation such as proof of delivery, invoices, and shipping confirmations to support chargeback disputes with retail partners.
Track open chargeback cases, monitor deadlines, and follow up to ensure disputes are submitted on time.
Process Improvement & Operational Support
Monitor workflows, identify bottlenecks, and recommend process improvements.
Look for opportunities to document workflows and systemize processes that support operational scale.
Assist in monitoring SOP compliance by performing checks and documenting findings.
Support the operations team on process improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects.
Act as a problem solver when unexpected operational issues arise.
Support ad hoc projects and assist with administrative and operational tasks as needed.
Qualifications Experience
Experience supporting operations, logistics, wholesale coordination, or related business processes in a fast-paced environment.
Exposure to shipment coordination, inventory management, documentation, or supply chain workflows is highly valuable.
Skills
Strong business acumen with comfort working across both qualitative and quantitative analysis.
Excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on operational accuracy.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously.
Ability to think quickly, solve problems independently, and improve processes for scalability.
Ownership mindset with the ability to drive work forward with limited oversight.
Strong adaptability and willingness to support evolving operational priorities.
Desired Candidate Profile
This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client s time zone.
