Operation Manager/ Operation Coordinator:
2-4 Years Experience in operation (Production, Supplies, Logistics, Financial, Team)
Salary 500 KD -700 KD

Jobs Description:

Managing Staff (Operation):
Purchasing:
In charge of creating Purchase order
Communicate with supplier
Find the best quality with suitable price
In charge of the External orders (USA, China, UK..etc)
Prepare supplier List
Enhance relation with Supplier
Inventory:
Assigned one the team member to count the inventory
Re-check the inventory & submit the monthly inventory sheet
Random Check on the inventory
Operation Team:
Manage the operation Team
Daily Tasks
Monthly Tasks
Follow up with Monthly Reports ( Inventory, Expenses Sheet, Sales Report)
Check on the production process
Quality check for the boxes
Check on the dispatch and the delivered items
Financial Team:
Follow up with Financial company in regards to expenses & Budget
Provide the accounting team with monthly reports
Saving plans
Employee Admin work: As follow up
In charge of the full time employees
In charge of the Part timer team
Sick Leave
Out pass
Leaves
Petty Cash:
Create a order Request
In charge of the petty cash
Invoices
2.Development:
Work on Monthly Sales Report
Any Product Development
Seasonal Items
3. Third Party:
Create Invoices for third party orders
In charge to send the description & photos of the packages
Update third parties with the updated packages and boxes
Monthly Quality check on the description & photos in the Third party platform
Develop the relation with our third parties
Search for for new opportunities in the market
