Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate day-to-day operational activities
- Support planning and execution of internal processes and workflows
- Communicate with different departments to ensure alignment and task completion
- Monitor operational performance and report issues or delays
- Assist in managing schedules, resources, and logistics
- Maintain operational records, reports, and documentation
- Help implement process improvements to increase efficiency
- Support management with administrative and operational tasks

Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- 1 3 years of experience in operations, administration, or coordination roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
