Roles & Responsibilities


Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and oversee daily operational tasks and activities.
Assist in scheduling, planning, and organizing events or programs.
Maintain effective communication between departments and external vendors.
Support administrative functions such as documentation, reporting, and record-keeping.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards.
Handle inquiries and provide support to staff, students, or clients as needed.
Monitor operational efficiency and recommend improvements.
Assist in logistics and resource management.

Qualifications:

Experience in the educational or special education field is an added advantage.
Valid UAE Driving License is a must.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Teamwork-oriented with a proactive attitude.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
