Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage daily operations, aligning them with strategic objectives.
- Oversee project execution, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
- Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.
- Lead and develop the operations team.
- Enhance customer service and resolve issues promptly.
- Manage the operations budget and monitor expenses.
- Ensure adherence to regulations and mitigate risks. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulatory changes.
- Oversee vendor relationships and contract compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering , or related field.
- 15+ years in operations management, preferably in software.
- Strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
