Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Optimize manufacturing processes to boost efficiency and minimize waste, ensuring peak performance across production lines.
  • Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex equipment failures, providing swift resolutions to prevent downtime and maintain production schedules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and quality assurance, to streamline operations and achieve company objectives.
  • Analyze production data and identify areas for improvement, implementing data-driven solutions to enhance overall operational effectiveness.
  • Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards, identifying and addressing any non-compliance issues promptly.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an automotive manufacturing environment, demonstrating a solid understanding of production processes.
  • Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma).
  • Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO and automotive industry standards (e.g., IATF .
