The responsibility of Operations Excellence team is to excel and uplift the working environment of Operations Sector across all the aspects.

Technical & Operational Oversight

• Ensure that all infrastructure and asset designs are practical, maintainable, and aligned with actual operational conditions and long-term lifecycle performance.
• Conduct field assessments and technical audits to identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities across built environments.
• Lead the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and technical guidelines for operations teams.

Quality Assurance & Process Excellence

• Establish and enforce quality control measures across engineering and operational activities to ensure consistency, safety, and reliability.
• Develop and maintain operational processes and procedures that support scalable, efficient, and compliant service delivery.
• Monitor adherence to internal standards and external regulations, and lead corrective actions where gaps are identified.
• Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement across all operational functions.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

• Facilitate cross-functional workshops and awareness sessions to embed a culture of operational excellence.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to align on strategic goals and execution plans.

Financial & Strategic Planning

• Develop and manage budgets for operational improvement projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with financial targets.
• Conduct financial analysis and lifecycle costing to support investment decisions and prioritization of initiatives.
• Monitor performance metrics, resource utilization, and ROI to ensure operational strategies deliver measurable value.
