Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and interpret data to support process improvement projects and identify areas for optimization.
  • Assist in documenting and mapping current and future operational processes using process mapping tools.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for continuous improvement projects, ensuring timely completion of tasks and milestones.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on project progress, performance metrics, and improvement recommendations.
  • Assist in communicating project updates and progress to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Support the implementation of process improvement initiatives, ensuring adherence to established guidelines and procedures.
  • Conduct research on industry best practices and emerging trends in continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Assist in the implementation and utilization of continuous improvement tools and technologies.
  • Maintain accurate and organized documentation of all continuous improvement activities.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and document meeting minutes.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in operations excellence, process improvement, or related roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and process mapping tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented and results-driven.
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English and Arabic.
  • Basic understanding of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).
