Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Executive Oversight Baghdad Operations
- Exercise full operational oversight of the Baghdad showroom across all departments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and brand guidelines.
- Monitor operational performance, identify risks or inefficiencies, and implement corrective actions.
- Lead cross-department coordination to ensure operational continuity and efficiency.
- Provide structured, analytical, and periodic operational reports directly to the CEO.
2. Strategic Leadership Caf Preparation & Launch
- Lead and supervise the complete preparation of the caf in Baghdad from concept execution through operational readiness.
- Act as the primary coordination authority with Food & Beverage management, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams.
- Ensure delivery against approved timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
- Escalate strategic issues, risks, or deviations to the CEO with recommended actions.
3. Executive Representation & Governance
- Represent the CEO in operational matters within Baghdad when required.
- Ensure effective communication and alignment between headquarters and Baghdad operations.
- Enforce operational governance, accountability, and performance discipline across teams.
- Support executive-level decision-making through accurate operational insights and assessments.
Authority & Decision-Making:
- Authority to supervise and direct operational activities across Baghdad operations.
- Authority to coordinate and align department heads, vendors, and external partners.
- Responsible for escalation of critical operational issues to the CEO with clear recommendations.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Hospitality Management, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 7 years of experience in operations, management, or executive coordination roles.
- Previous experience in retail, showroom operations, or food & beverage is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated experience working with senior management or executive leadership.
