Manage the day to day relationship with the retail tenants.

Initiating management reports related to the area of responsibility.span>

Monitor Customer services and satisfaction within the Mall.

Liaise with the tenants and ensure that the Tenants Operational Manual is followed.

Provide operational reports related to Tenant Relations within the Mall.

Monitor service provision overall through the regular update of Key Performance Indicators.

Issue monthly Global sheet, violations report, and sales report.

Issue monthly annually operations reports.

Create actions plans for security & HSE disciplines.

Responsible for managing security service provider.

Maintain accurate record and effect filing of all relevant financial, non-financial, admin work, operation reports and all needed paper work.

Follow up on the collection trackers with finance and tenants to insure due payments are issued on time.
