Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor daily operations to support business objectives.
- Manage operational data entry, record keeping, and reporting activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and process alignment.
- Assist in implementing process improvements and operational initiatives.
- Support project management efforts by tracking progress and deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Handle vendor and client communications related to operational matters.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for management review.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in operations support or administrative roles, preferably within real estate or related industries.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with CRM or ERP systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and process improvement.
