Customer and Contract Management Manage the customer refund process promptly after contract closures, ensuring excess funds are returned in a timely manner. Process requests for Hertz Agreement Extensions from relevant departments, facilitating billing and contract closure. Release security cheques upon receiving request from Customer Support and Collection teams for agreements closed with no outstanding balances.
