Operations Executive Borderless General Trading

Key Responsibilities 1. Scanning & Labeling Operations Perform accurate scanning, labeling, and barcoding of incoming and outgoing products. Ensure all packages are correctly tagged according to internal SOPs. Verify label accuracy before dispatch and coordinate with the packing team if corrections are needed. 2. Inventory Management Maintain up-to-date inventory records across systems. Conduct daily stock counts and reconcile discrepancies. Track inbound and outbound inventory movements and highlight variances immediately. Assist in optimizing warehouse layout for efficient picking and storage. 3. Tracking & Order Processing Update product and shipment tracking information in internal systems. Monitor status of orders to ensure they meet promised timelines. Coordinate with logistics partners (UPS, Aramex, local couriers) for tracking updates or issue resolution. Flag any delays or exceptions to the supervisor. 4. Excel & Reporting Maintain spreadsheets for inventory, operations KPIs, and tracking logs. Create reports, pivot tables, and summaries to support daily operations. Perform data entry with high accuracy and speed. Generate daily/weekly performance reports for management. 5. Coordination & Process Compliance Work closely with packing, purchasing, and logistics teams. Follow established SOPs and contribute to process improvements. Ensure compliance with quality, accuracy, and safety standards. Support audit activities and operational checks when required. Required Skills & Qualifications Previous experience in operations, warehouse, logistics, or e-commerce preferred. Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, filters, pivot tables, basic formulas). Good command of English; ability to read labels and instructions accurately. Familiar with scanners, labeling tools, and inventory software (training provided if needed). High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work under pressure and meet daily targets. Physically fit for moderate warehouse tasks (moving boxes, scanning, etc.).
