Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Managing and organizing regional operational meetings and agendas.

  • Preparing professional meeting minutes and following up on action items.
  • Supporting in developing and reviewing operational plans, SOPs, workflows, policies, and procedures.
  • Following up with Country Managers, Branch Managers, and different departments regarding operational execution.
  • Assisting in operational governance, reporting, dashboards, and execution tracking.
  • Supporting strategic and operational projects across branches and regional operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

  • Ability to work independently with high ownership.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Strong understanding of operational workflows and governance.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Preferably experienced with ERP systems and project management tools.
  • Previous experience within:
    • Training companies
    • Educational centers
    • EdTech platforms
    • International schools or academies
    • Multi-branch operations environments
