Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Managing and organizing regional operational meetings and agendas.
- Preparing professional meeting minutes and following up on action items.
- Supporting in developing and reviewing operational plans, SOPs, workflows, policies, and procedures.
- Following up with Country Managers, Branch Managers, and different departments regarding operational execution.
- Assisting in operational governance, reporting, dashboards, and execution tracking.
- Supporting strategic and operational projects across branches and regional operations.
Desired Candidate Profile
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently with high ownership.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong understanding of operational workflows and governance.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Preferably experienced with ERP systems and project management tools.
- Previous experience within:
- Training companies
- Educational centers
- EdTech platforms
- International schools or academies
- Multi-branch operations environments
