Operations Executive - Logistics - UAE KDU World

Job Location: UAENationality: AllJob Function:Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments (local and international), ensuring timely dispatch and delivery.Liaise with freight forwarders, transporters, and customs agents for smooth clearance and shipment movement.Monitor and update shipment schedules and tracking status; communicate with concerned departments.Prepare and verify shipping documents such as delivery notes, packing lists, invoices, and airway bills.Ensure compliance with import/export regulations, LC terms, and customer-specific delivery instructions.Coordinate with the warehouse and inventory team for material availability, stock movement, and item issuance.Follow up with suppliers and internal teams to meet logistics deadlines.Maintain accurate records of logistics activities and update ERP or logistics software, including TRA item tracking and shipping documents.Assist in handling claims or discrepancies related to shipments or inventory.Support cost control by identifying opportunities to optimize transport and logistics expenses. Handle DG shipments as per regulations and share proper documentation with nominated FF.Obtain required shipment clearances (TDRA, NMC, MOA, Dubai Municipality) promptly to avoid demurrage/storage charges.Use logistics systems to assign delivery jobs, track movement, and support efficient scheduling.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.2–4 years of logistics or supply chain experience, preferably in the UAE or GCC.Strong understanding of shipping procedures, customs documentation, and incoterms.Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, or similar).Excellent communication, coordination, and time-management skills.Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.Knowledge of local and international freight regulations is a plus.Joining: Immediate Joining
