Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily marine operations including vessel attendance, service scheduling, and on-site

    support activities.

  • Manage client communications related to vessel movements and schedules.

  • Ensure thorough understanding and adherence to compliance requirements set by port

    authorities, customs, immigration, and other government entities and regulatory bodies.

  • Coordinate vessel berthing, shifting, and sailing arrangements with port authorities

  • Liaise with masters, ship owners, charterers, and principals regarding vessel requirements

  • Arrange pilotage, tugs, bunkering, fresh water, provisions, crew change, and other marine

    services

  • Liaise with PRO and drivers to ensure smooth crew change operations and accommodation

    requests.

  • Oversee daily operations, ensure efficiency and compliance, and coordinate port activities and

    communications with team

  • Create vessel rotations and register vessels with port authorities, including ETA declarations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 4-5 years minimum experience in Dubai port operation in similar role

  • Knowledge in Dubai port procedures and shipping documentation.

  • Strong organisational and communication skill

  • Ready to join on an immediate basis

  • Knowledge in Arabic is a plus

  • Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and proactive approach to operational challenges.
