Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage daily travel operations, ensuring smooth execution of bookings, reservations, and client requests
- Handle travel bookings end-to-end (hotels / transfers / tours / visas)
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and partners to secure competitive rates and service availability
- Follow up on confirmations, vouchers, and service details to ensure timely delivery
- Handle B2B and B2C client inquiries, provide tailored solutions, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Monitor and update travel itineraries, ensuring accuracy and timely communication to clients and stakeholders
- Issue vouchers and travel documents accurately
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to travel operations
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards
- Coordinate with sales and finance teams regarding booking status and payments
- Participate in training sessions and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
Desired Candidate Profile
We are currently hiring an Operations Executive with 1 2 years of experience to coordinate and manage travel operations and handle bookings from confirmation to final delivery. The ideal candidate should be dynamic, flexible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.br>Good English level (written & spoken) is a must, and candidates must have previous experience in a travel/tourism company (Outbound operations experience is preferred).
