Roles & Responsibilities
Assist the General Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations across multiple branches Ensure smooth coordination and functionality across departments Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity Act as a liaison between departments to ensure effective communication Monitor operations to ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards Prepare reports and operational analyses for management decision-making
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 5 years in a senior operations role Preferably in hardware, building materials, fabrication, or related industries
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to handle complex operational logistics
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Capable of coordinating with cross-functional teams
Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
