Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for complete Operations starting from a Sales order till delivery to the customers which includes Demand Planning, Production, Ware house management, Supply Chain & Logistic.

  • Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company’s goals, ensuring sustainable growth and efficiency.

  • Oversee day-to-day operations by monitoring performance metrics and adjusting processes to enhance productivity and quality.

  • Lead cross-functional teams in project management, ensuring timely completion of initiatives while adhering to budget constraints.

  • Improve relationship with customers with prompt ontime delivery as per their purchase orders

  • Reduce customer complaint by extending excellent service to customers

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Dynamic & Energetic person can handle and coordinate with multiple department and multiple customers ensuring timely delivery to respective customers.

  • Masters degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field

  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in operations management or a similar role, preferably within a fast-paced manufacturing industry.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects and teams, demonstrating excellent organizational skills.

  • Certifications such as Six Sigma, Lean Management, or PMP are highly desirable to validate expertise in operational efficiency.

  • Candidates with previous experience in EPC Projects supply, Building Construction project supply will ONLY considered
