As the Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.

You will work closely with the senior management team to develop and implement sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
• Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and identify potential areas for growth.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns to support sales efforts.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
