Job Position
Operations in Charge Company Name Arackal Group

Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise day-to-day operations on interior fit-out sites
Coordinate with designers, project & site engineers, vendors, sub-contractors, and clients
Monitor project schedules, materials, labor, and site progress
Resolve on-site issues quickly to avoid delays

Qualifications:

Minimum 3-4 years of experience in operations or site management in the interior fit-out industry
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Knowledge of fit-out materials, joinery, MEP coordination
Must have Valid UAE Driving License.
