What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end logistics projects to improve delivery time, reduce costs, and boost operational efficiency.

• Partner with product and tech teams to build scalable tools that enhance fleet routing, inventory control, and partner performance.

• Analyze data to identify inefficiencies and opportunities, and implement data-driven strategies.

• Collaborate with local market teams to localize and deploy central initiatives effectively.

• Build business cases and present logistics recommendations to senior stakeholders.

• Track key performance indicators, ensure SLA adherence, and escalate risks proactively.

What you'll need

• 3 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain operations, or consulting within tech-enabled environments.

• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; SQL is a plus.

• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects independently.

• Exposure to last-mile delivery, fleet operations, or logistics strategy.

• Entrepreneurial spirit and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
